Christopher Nolan, say WHAAT??

Boy, have I fallen down on the job of blogging. It's been more than a week since my last post. Gee Wilikers. But I guess it's time I blogged again--considering I'm home sick.
Seriously. I feel like I have an animal lodged in my throat/chest. It's that nasty headcold that consists of everything and its mother--headache, sore throat, terrible cough.
AKA the greatest feeling in the whole world. It probably doesn't help that I'm watching Inception. The most confusing yet genius movie on the planet earth. Legit. The director Christopher Nolan is LEGIT. This man has written and directed Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Inception, AND the new Batman movie coming out.
I mean, just look at his face! Doesn't that look like the face of genius??
Christopher Nolan Picture
Well. The odd ones are always the geniuses. No offense to those who are geniuses. Maybe you're not odd. Maybe you look awesome. Maybe--wow wow wow. Just gonna stop talking now. You get my point. MOST GENIUSES ARE ODD.
So I was driving by a Party City the other day when I realized that the tagline for it says "The Ultimate Discount Party Store."
.....Is there another Party store that isn't discounted? I'm just confused to the max. Cause I'm pretty sure all their party stuff is way expensive anyway. Lord only knows how much the REGULAR party store costs.
Why am I talking about this? It must be the drugs aka cough medicine. So sorry about my scatter-brained-ness.
If you haven't already noticed, I'm awkward. Like REALLY REALLY awkward. Or I can be. But I think my awkwardness is humorous so it's okay. Now I'm not like Nerd Lunch Table Awkward (though that's fine if you are) but I'm just like awkward like how I make this whole paragraph about awkward go on for a lifetime.
Anyway. My friend Naomi is also really awkward. So together its just this big bundle of awkwardness. Especially during Pre-Calc where we sit right next to each other. Good one, Mr. Rice, Good one.
So she Facebooks me yesterday and says:
"OKAY. hey. i have sort of a mission for you. and me. first one to lose, loses. okay don't be awkward for one week straight. ready. set. GOOOO."
Now some of you may think that's easy. But for us, that's like sprinting 8 miles to and from school uphill in the snow with just shorts and a tshirt on.
So stay tuned to hear how Nay and Abby's Non-awkward week goes. I mean...technically I've already lost. But since i skipped school today and didn't get a chance to officiate it, then I'm calling it a mulligan.
Heaven help us.
Song of the Day: Total Eclipse of the Heart - Bonnie Tyler
I figured since it was Valentine's Day, it was only right. I must say there's nothing greater than going into Target on Valentine's Day to watch all the frazzled men and women, young and old try to find something at the last minute for their sweetheart. It makes me chuckle. As does this song. Close your eyes and really FEEEEEEL this song. Channel your inner Bonnie Tyler.
Arms Open Wide..
